Tynemouth Safety Services Limited (TSSL) are independent safety consultants offering advice and guidance on a wide range of health and safety topics/issues that organisations are required to provide to ensure compliance with current United Kingdom Regulations.

Our consultancy service covers the full extent of the region of the North East of England that stretches from the Scottish Borders down to Teesside and across to Hexham and Carlisle where sectors of industry cover Construction/Demolition*, Hotels, Wedding Venues, Shops and Offices as well as Warehouses and Manufacturing.

We also assist Architects, Engineers and Developers with either renovation, demolition or new build schemes with their health and safety requirements, where we are able to act as a project’s Principal Designer (the role overseeing health and safety throughout such projects) – thus ensuring compliance with the legal duties of such schemes as set out in The Construction (Design and Management) Regulation 2015 – a Regulation that is commonly referred to as CDM 2015.

General Advice and Guidance

Senior management employed by most businesses will generally have a fairly good idea of how to manage health and safety on a day-to-day basis. However, from time to time, some assistance/legal advice and guidance will be required to ensure such actions are within the parameters of current and potential future legislation.
